Mission

Our guiding principle is simple: steady employment is the single most important step to getting back on track to economic self-sufficiency.

Who We Are
-Jacqueline Murray, Founder & CEO
Back On Track Employment Services is committed to transforming the lives of at-risk individuals by equipping them with the skills, support, and opportunities needed to achieve lasting economic self-sufficiency—all grounded in strong Christian values.
Since its founding in 2019, Back on Track, Employment Services Inc, a central Florida based 501c3 nonprofit workforce development organization, has helped thousands of individuals obtain employment at a living wage and return to stable, productive lives. This organization serves individuals from all walks of life, from incarcerated underemployed, unemployed, to skillful professionals.
Our guiding principle is simple: steady employment is the foundation for rebuilding lives. At the core of our mission is our Education-to-Work Model, a structured program designed to help individuals successfully reintegrate into their communities as responsible, accountable, and productive citizens. Through our Life & Employment Skills Training Boot Camp, we empower participants with the tools they need to thrive both personally and professionally.
Our Approach: Breaking the Cycle of Poverty
We believe that education and employment are the two key pillars of success.
Education: Where we address the deep connections between poverty, education, and employment, recognizing that at-risk individuals often face barriers such as low literacy skills, lack of support systems, substance abuse, and mental health challenges.
Employment: Where we envision a community where generational poverty is eradicated, and every individual has access to stable, living-wage jobs and equal economic opportunities.
Our programs and services provide a hand-up, not a handout, helping individuals take control of their futures, build character and leadership skills, and become valued contributors to their families, communities, and society. Together, we are creating a pathway to lasting change—one job, one life, and one future at a time.
